Colin Biggers & Paisley's managing partner, Dunstan de Souza, and head of their corporate and commercial team, Jon Meadmore, have partnered with the Big Issue as part of their CEO Selling and International Vendor Week.
The Big Issue’s CEO Selling campaign celebrates International Vendor Week to shine a spotlight on homeless and disadvantaged vendors, who are working to improve their lives.
Dunstan and Jon, along with more than 100 business and government leaders across Australia, will show their support by donning The Big Issue fluoro vest and selling copies of the magazine alongside vendors from 6-10 February.
The legal practice is delighted to again be part of the campaign as it aligns with the values of The Colin Biggers & Paisley Foundation, the legal practice's charity. The Foundation has a key focus on pro bono legal services, volunteering and charitable contributions.
Dunstan commented: "With 20 years of service to the community, The Big Issue has helped so many homeless and unemployed people to help themselves. It's not just about surviving financially, it's also about belonging, feeling like you have a role and something valuable to contribute. The vendors in their fluoro vests have become such a familiar part of the landscape that it's hard to imagine Australian cities without them. We are delighted to take part in this initiative once again."
