Candice Ingleton is a special counsel in Colin Biggers & Paisley's insurance practice.
Candice is an experienced litigation lawyer with expertise in general liability insurance, including personal injury, property damage, product liability, historical sensitive matters and professional indemnity claims.
Candice has over fifteen years' post admission experience working with global and national insurers across the public and private sectors. Her skills include communication, negotiation, advocacy and dispute resolution, advising on liability, contribution/recovery, causation, quantum, reserving and strategy, as well as on contracts, policies, legislation and compliance.
Candice holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in addition to her Honours degree in Law. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court of Australia.
Candice is passionate about managing, training, mentoring and leading others to achieve excellence. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and fitness and has an interest in interior design and furniture restoration.
