He acts for administrators, liquidators and receivers as well as the major banks and financial institutions. 

Glen provides focused legal advice to insolvency practitioners regarding all matters arising in the course of their administrations as well as conducting targeted litigation for external administrators and business enterprises. He has enforced a variety of transaction documents including facility agreements, guarantees and securities for banks and finance providers.

Glen is well regarded by his clients as a lead negotiator in the management and resolution of complex commercial disputes. 

Glen also provides strategic advice on turnaround options and implementation to boards, companies and businesses.
