Hannah is a senior associate in the insolvency and restructuring team in Sydney.
Hannah advises on a range of commercial and insolvency related matters. Hannah acts on behalf of insolvency practitioners, financial institutions and creditors. Hannah's primary area of practice is insolvency litigation. Hannah is known for delivering pragmatic, innovative and value-driven business solutions for her clients. Hannah is an experienced litigator, a skilled negotiator and a strong advocate for her clients.
In addition to her Bachelor of Laws (Southern Cross University), Bachelor of Legal & Justice Studies (Public Sector Law) (Southern Cross University) and Graduate Legal Diploma in Legal Practice (Australian National University), Hannah also holds a Masters of Laws (Legal Practice) (Australian National University) and an Advanced Certificate in Insolvency and Restructuring (University of Technology, Sydney). Hannah is also a member of the NSW Law Society and Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association (ARITA).
Hannah is admitted to practice in the NSW Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia.
