Laura Driscoll is a senior associate in the corporate and dispute resolution team, with a focus on work health and safety, employment and regulatory law. She has advised and represented clients in the construction, mining, transport, aviation, energy and waste management industries in Australia and overseas.
Laura regularly advises on legislation relevant to the workplace, including providing clients with practical risk management solutions tailored to their business needs. Laura delivers presentations and training to organisations about how they and, where relevant, their officers can comply with their obligations. She also assists clients with matters arising from workplace incidents, including reviewing and advising on relevant documentation, liaising with the regulator and drafting investigation reports.
Laura was admitted to the High Court of New Zealand as a barrister and solicitor in 2006, a solicitor of England and Wales in 2012 and as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2014.
