Luke Grayson Senior Associate

Luke Grayson is a senior associate in the Planning Government Infrastructure and Environment group based in the Brisbane office of Colin Biggers & Paisley.

Luke is listed in Doyle's Guide as a rising star in planning and environment across Australia and New Zealand (2018) and has been recognised as one of the 30 top lawyers under the age of 30 across Australia and New Zealand in the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards, as a winner in the Government category in both 2015 and 2016.

Luke has experience in advising public and private sector clients on issues relating to planning, government, infrastructure and environmental law. In particular, Luke advises on infrastructure planning and funding arrangements, including infrastructure agreements, for public and private sector clients, preparing and advising on tailored development approvals strategies for development corporations and drafting planning scheme amendments for local government clients.

Luke has been involved in the land use and infrastructure planning arrangements for a number of master planned communities in the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Moreton Bay and Ipswich local government areas.

Luke holds the qualifications of a Bachelor of Laws and joined Colin Biggers & Paisley in 2013.
