Madeleine advises clients on their rights and obligations in respect of lease disputes, including relief against forfeiture and the exercise of options. She also handles contested resumption matters and land access disputes.

Madeleine joined Colin Biggers & Paisley as a graduate 2017 and completed rotations in the property and development, banking and finance, and construction teams. She has practised as a solicitor in the property and development team since February 2018.

Madeleine holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws. She was admitted as a solicitor in 2017.

In her spare time, Madeleine is a keen cook, enthusiastic oenophile and eager reader.
