A member of the Planning infrastructure and environment group since 2017 and a senior associate since 2021, Mollie's experience includes advising on planning and environmental matters for various property developments, including large-scale projects, commercial, mixed-use and residential developments. 

Mollie has represented clients in merit appeals, judicial review proceedings, civil enforcement proceedings, and criminal environmental defences. 

Mollie advises on compliance with environmental legislation, state planning controls and local government planning controls. She has experience preparing and advising on voluntary planning agreements, and prepared council code of conduct complaints. Mollie is also experienced in adverse possession claims. 

In the 2024 edition of The Best Lawyers in Australia, Mollie is listed in the Ones to Watch category for Planning and Environmental Law.

In addition to her of Laws (Honours), Mollie also holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Biology. Mollie was admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia in 2017.
