Nadia is a special counsel in the planning government infrastructure and environment group in Colin Biggers & Paisley's Brisbane office. She has over ten years' experience conducting planning litigation and advising on planning law for public and private sector clients.

Nadia is an expert planning, government, infrastructure and environment lawyer with extensive experience in the provision of planning, government, infrastructure and environmental law advice, the drafting of infrastructure planning instruments, the drafting of local government statutory instruments and the conduct of planning and environmental litigation.

Nadia has a Masters of Law (Environmental Law) in addition to her Bachelor of Laws. She has lectured at Bond University on property acquisition and international environmental law. Nadia has also presented at a number of seminars and written a number of publications, including contributing to the Oxford University Press text Energy Law in Transition: Beyond the Carbon Economy.

Nadia is listed in the 2021 to 2024 editions of The Best Lawyers in Australia for her expertise in Planning and Environmental Law.
