Robert Tuck Consultant

Robert Tuck is a consultant in the insurance team.

Robert acts for marine insurers (including hull machinery and cargo), road, sea and rail carriers and their insurers, P&I clubs, freight forwarders, stevedores and dredging contractors and their insurers in liability-related matters.

He also acts for liability insurers, primarily in claims covering nautical and transport-related matters.

For many years Robert has acted for insurers in respect of asbestos-related claims arising in ship yards, on wharves and elsewhere.

Robert was admitted to practice in Victoria in 1987 and, prior to that, practised as a lawyer overseas.

For many years he was a partner of the predecessor firm of Colin Biggers & Paisley's Melbourne office.
