Rose Raniolo is a partner in the insurance team.

She has substantial experience in compensation litigation and workplace law and is considered to be an expert in her field of practice.

Rose has acted for the Victorian WorkCover Authority in common law and statutory benefit claims. She has acted for many major insurance companies on liability claims and has represented numerous clients in compensation claims. She has also acted in many statutory indemnity claims in Victoria and other jurisdictions in Australia.

Rose has represented clients in coronial inquests and WorkSafe investigations and prosecutions brought under the Occupational Health & Safety Act.

Rose has experience preparing self insurance applications under the Accident Compensation Act (Victoria). She also represents self insurers in statutory benefit and common law claims brought under the provisions of the Act.

In 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2019 Rose was listed in Doyle's Guide as a leading Melbourne WorkSafe and workers' compensation lawyer. In 2018 and 2019, Doyle's Guide listed Rose as a recommended lawyer for her expertise in Public and Product Liability, and in 2019 as a leading Dust Diseases lawyer.

Rose was admitted to practice in Victoria in 1992.
