Seamus is a partner in the property team of Colin Biggers & Paisley.

Seamus has more than 20 years' experience working in commercial property law across Australia, South East Asia and Europe. 

His practice covers all aspects of residential, commercial and industrial and retail property, including sales and acquisitions, leasing, due diligence, subdivisions and industrial developments. His clients include leading property trusts and corporations, investors, commercial landlords, tenants and property developers.

He has worked for clients on matters involving commercial and residential construction, projects and infrastructure. He has expertise in working with listed and unlisted property trusts and associated regulatory compliance.

Seamus also has years of experience advising on the compulsory acquisition of land in Victoria. He has acted for parties affected by major projects, including the Melbourne Metro Rail Project, Level Crossing Removal Project and North East Link Project, and is able to offer support working with valuers to obtain the best compensation outcomes, or representing clients in negotiations.

Seamus is recognised as a leader in his field and is named as a Leading Property & Real Estate Lawyer – Melbourne in the 2016 Doyle's Guide.

Seamus was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in 1996 and in Victoria in 1997. 

He joined Colin Biggers & Paisley in 2017.
