Vanessa Gulesserian

Vanessa Gulesserian is a senior associate in the insurance team. She has experience working in insurance litigation with a focus on the defence of a wide range of general liability and professional indemnity claims in the Local, District and Supreme Courts.

Vanessa has acted for various insurers defending claims against clients such as owners of shopping centres and supermarkets, event organisers and occupiers. She has also acted for engineers, accountants, and various medical practitioners. In addition, Vanessa has experience in advising insurers in relation to coverage disputes and policy interpretation.  

Vanessa is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Federal Court and High Court of Australia.
