Andrew is a forward thinking commercial and corporate lawyer with significant experience advising on complex commercial transactions, both domestically and internationally. His efforts focus on working with clients to define and achieve business goals and outcomes.
Possessing strong commercial skills that distinguish him from his peers, Andrew is increasingly involved in the corporate governance aspects of Boards and the interplay with directors' duties and responsibilities. More recently he has accepted directorships and advisory board positions, taking on the role of “independent director”. Andrew is an articulate team player with an extensive business network and is highly regarded by clients and peers.
A Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Andrew was admitted to legal practice in 1981 and comes from a commercial and corporate background, with a focus on strategic advice to business involving corporate governance and fund raising (Corporations Act and ASX Listings), mergers and acquisitions and the Federal Government contracts sector. Andrew's professional industry sector experience covers real estate, logistics, media, defence, manufacturing and primary industry.
Andrew graduated with a bachelors of laws and bachelors of economics, and joined Colin Biggers & Paisley in 2021.
