Anthony Landro

A member of the planning infrastructure and environment group since 2018 and a senior associate since 2022, Anthony's primary practice focus is in compulsory land acquisitions. 

Anthony acts in all stages of the acquisition process from the pre-acquisition negotiations to the post-acquisition litigation. He has been involved in acquisitions for notable infrastructure projects, including Sydney Gateway, M12 Motorway, and Sydney Metro West. Anthony also has extensive experience advising on planning and environmental matters for various property developments. He has acted in large-scale rezoning projects and commercial, mixed-use and residential developments. His clients include private developers, industry associations, corporate and commercial clients, and private landowners. Anthony is renowned for his strong technical and dispute resolution skills. 

Anthony has also advocated in the Land and Environment Court in a number of tree disputes. 

In addition to his Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours), Anthony holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science (Civil). Before joining the legal profession, he worked in property development on residential and industrial projects. Anthony was admitted to practice in 2018.
