A senior associate in the property and development team since 2022, Stephen has nine years of experience in all forms of advisory and transactional work involving property and development law.

Stephen has significant experience advising clients on mixed use, residential and commercial property developments including drafting and negotiating contracts for property acquisitions and disposals, property due diligence and advice, titling structure advice, off-the-plan sales and preparing contracts and disclosures, large scale project conveyancing, and general advice under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 (Qld) and Land Sales Act 1984 (Qld). 

Stephen acts for a range of clients including property developers, private clients, owners corporations and bodies corporate. He takes a proactive role in understanding his client's objectives on each matter and is committed to ensuring these objectives are achieved through commercial outcomes.

In the 2024 edition of The Best Lawyers in Australia, Stephen is listed in the Ones to Watch category for Real Property Law.

Stephen was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2015. In addition to a Bachelor of Laws, Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance).
