Bianca has been a member of Colin Biggers & Paisley's property and development team since 2014 and became a senior associate in 2018. Bianca has over six years of experience in commercial property law. Her focus in on commercial and retail leasing, commercial property and projects, advisory work and property development.
Bianca has expertise in property law, particularly in commercial leasing and property transactions, including negotiating leases, agreements for lease, fitout and work deeds and licenses. She also advises on access and works deeds, easements, licensing matters, and property disputes. In addition, Bianca has been involved in various aspects of large-scale development projects, including development approvals, infrastructure agreements, contracts of sale and disclosure documentation.
Bianca acts for property developers, corporations, landlords, tenants, government departments, statutory bodies, local councils, institutional property owners and high net worth private clients.
Bianca holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland. She was admitted as a solicitor in 2011 and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland.
