A special counsel in the restructuring and insolvency team since 2019, Lisa acts for external administrators, secured creditors and corporate enterprises and has significant experience in restructuring, insolvency and commercial litigation.
Lisa's expertise encompasses providing strategic advice to companies and individuals regarding the resolution of commercial disputes. Lisa also provides advice to insolvency practitioners regarding all matters arising in the course of their administrations.
Lisa's experience extends to conducting litigation for external administrators and for companies and individuals involving commercial disputes in the Federal, Supreme, District and Local Courts and Tribunals.
In addition, Lisa conducts winding up and bankruptcy applications and often enforces credit agreements and guarantees for major creditors.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business in addition to her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney. Lisa was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in August 2005 and is also admitted in the High Court of Australia.
