A special counsel in the corporate and commercial team since 2023, Amy has a deep understanding of the complexities involved in corporate and commercial and tax matters. Her corporate and commercial experience extends to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, private equity, and cross-border financing. She has extensive expertise in all areas of tax including income tax, GST, and stamp duty. 

Amy advises a range of clients including multinational corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals in various industries including property development, construction and debt funds.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) and a Master of Law from the University of Sydney. Amy is also a Chartered Tax Advisor awarded by the Tax Institute. Amy was admitted to practice to the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia in 2016.
