A special counsel in the Insurance team, Bianca, has over 10 years' experience in insurance litigation.
She has a broad range of experience advising a range of private and insurance clients across Australia and the United Kingdom on litigated liability and indemnity matters.
Bianca has specific experience with complex public liability, professional negligence and indemnity litigation. She also has extensive personal injury experience in assessing quantum on large scale and complex claims comprising of issues of indemnity, causation and liability. She has experience in alternative dispute resolution forums, including court appointed mediations, informal settlement conferences and private mediations.
With a reputation for managing complex and sensitive claims in an empathetic and pragmatic way, Bianca has forged strong relationships with her clients to achieve a sound understanding of their values and desired claims strategies.
Bianca also has a keen passion for pro bono and community projects working in various fields of law for both individual and large clients.
Bianca achieved First Class Honours in her Bachelor of Laws from University of Technology, Sydney. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in Accounting and Finance with minors in Business Law and Wealth Management from the University of New South Wales. She was admitted to practice on 23 August 2013.
Outside of Colin Biggers & Paisley, Bianca is an avid skier, and is a former Australian mogul and skier cross competitor.
