An executive counsel in the Insurance team, Enoch practises predominately in the area of professional indemnity and financial lines insurance both as coverage and monitoring counsel and defence counsel.

Enoch advises local and international insurers on policy coverage in relation to professional indemnity, directors and officers, management liability policies and acts for insureds as defence counsel.

Enoch has a particular focus on disputes involving financial institutions, company directors and major infrastructure and other construction projects. These include both litigated and unlitigated matters through to class actions and regulatory investigations.

With experience working with numerous high profile and commercially sensitive matters, Enoch has handled claims against architects, engineers, accountants, financial advisors and many other professionals.
 
In addition, Enoch has spent time on secondment in the claims team of a leading Australian insurer. This experience has ensured Enoch is acutely aware of the needs of insurers, insureds and brokers.

Enoch was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court in 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney. 

Outside of work, Enoch is an elder in his local Baptist church and his interests include photography and motorsport history.
