Ben specialises as defence counsel in complex and large scale litigation, including major disputes and class actions, across a broad range of areas including shareholders, corporations, investments, competition, antitrust, consumer and products, professional services, intellectual property, technology and insurance.
He has also acted for a number of large insurers as coverage counsel in a number of class actions against major financial institutions.
Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW in 2019, he graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2018 with degrees in Law and Commerce (Accounting).
