Bob joined Colin Biggers & Paisley's property and development team in 2013 and became a partner in 2015. Bob is a highly experienced property lawyer with expertise across the full spectrum of property law matters.
Bob advises developers of residential property about titling and disposal procedures. He is experienced in drafting contracts, management statements and by-laws for strata and community scheme developments and greenfields sites. Bob also assists in the supervision and coordination of large-scale stream conveyancing for residential developments.
In addition, Bob advises on commercial and retail leases and agreements for lease, as well as about building acquisitions, both commercial and retail, including full due diligence coordination and reporting.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1997.
