Brad has been a key member of Colin Biggers & Paisley's Construction & Engineering team since 1983, serving as a partner for over 35 years and leading the team until 2024.


Overview

Brad has accrued decades of expertise providing counsel to contractors, principals, subcontractors, consultants, and financiers on a wide variety of projects across the commercial and residential property development, heavy engineering, civil engineering, marine engineering, and software engineering industries.

Brad advises on all facets of claims and disputes and is highly skilled in drafting and negotiating contracts within the construction and engineering industries. He is adept in various forms of dispute resolution, including court proceedings, arbitration, mediation, and expert determination procedures.

Brad has lectured at conferences for the construction industry and regularly conducts in-house lectures for clients on matters relevant to their business. He is a member of several construction industry associations. Brad holds a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted to practice on 8 July 1983. He is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
