Chris Henderson is a highly accomplished property lawyer with more than 10 years of experience advising on large-scale property development, commercial transactions and state taxation matters. He has a strong background in managing complex property structures, joint ventures and acquisitions and is known for his ability to deliver commercially sound solutions that align with his clients' objectives.
His clients include developers and institutional investors. Chris is particularly skilled in navigating the intricacies of imposts and state taxation and regularly advises on due diligence, subdivisions and planning law. His ability to lead negotiations and draft robust contracts has contributed to the successful delivery of several high-value projects.
Chris has completed specialist training in property law and is currently on the PEXA Advisory Council. His commitment to professional development and business growth is reflected in his strong client relationships and extensive industry network.
Chris was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2015. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from La Trobe University (2013). He is currently undertaking the Property Law Accreditation Course (2025).
