Conor joined Colin Biggers & Paisley's wills, estates and succession planning team in 2021 and became a senior associate in 2023.

Conor provides comprehensive guidance to clients, offering advice and implementing effective strategies on estate planning, incapacity planning and business succession, thereby safeguarding and facilitating the protection, management, and seamless transfer of their personal and business assets in accordance with their wishes.

Conor assists executors and administrators to obtain grants of probate, letters of administration and reseals, and to administer estates in accordance with wills, or under intestacy.

He also supports businesses in devising effective succession plans. This includes drafting corporate powers of attorney, reviewing trust deeds, and evaluating corporate entity structures to optimise operational efficiency and minimise potential risks.

Incapacity planning is another element of Conor's expertise. He guides clients through the establishment of enduring powers of attorney and appointments of enduring guardians, ensuring that their interests are safeguarded in the event of incapacitation.

Additionally, Conor implements robust asset protection strategies for clients including inter vivos trusts. By carefully considering appointor and trustee succession, Conor helps clients protect their wealth while maintaining control and flexibility over their assets.

Conor holds a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted to practice in 2016.
