With over 20 years' experience, Enoch practises in the area of professional indemnity and financial lines insurance both as coverage and monitoring counsel and defence counsel.
Overview
Enoch advises local and international insurers on policy coverage in relation to professional indemnity, directors and officers, and management liability policies, and acts for insureds as defence counsel
Enoch has a particular focus on claims and policy issues involving financial institutions and advisors, company directors, and major infrastructure and other construction projects. These include both litigated and unlitigated matters through to class actions and regulatory investigations.
With experience in numerous high profile and commercially sensitive matters, Enoch has also handled claims against architects, engineers, accountants, investment managers and many other professionals. In addition, Enoch has spent time on secondment in the claims team of a leading Australian insurer. This experience has ensured Enoch is acutely aware of the needs of insurers, insureds and brokers.
Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court on 18 February 2005, Enoch holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney.
