Enoch Law is a special counsel in the insurance team. Enoch practises particularly in the area of professional indemnity and other financial lines insurance in defence, coverage and monitoring counsel roles.
In defence roles, Enoch has handled claims against architects, engineers, solicitors, valuers, accountants, migration agents, real estate agents and many other professionals. He has acted in matters in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, the Local, District and Supreme Courts, the Court of Appeal, and federal courts, including the High Court. He is experienced in investigating matters that are legally, factually and technically complex, and negotiating resolutions.
In coverage and monitoring roles, Enoch advises insurers on policy coverage especially under professional indemnity, directors & officers and broadform liability policies. He has also had experience with property damage, industrial special risks, contract works, management liability, cyber, employment practices liability, statutory liability and trade credit policies.
Enoch joined CBP as a paralegal in 2001 and was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 2005. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW, the Federal Court and the High Court.
