A member of the insurance team since 2021, and a Senior Associate since 2023, Hannah's practice focuses on insurance litigation, with particular expertise in professional indemnity claims, including large scale complex disputes and coverage related instructions.
Hannah acts in the defence of claims against various professionals in the construction, legal, financial services, property and insolvency sectors, including on behalf of engineers, architects, legal professionals, accountants, financial advisers, real estate and strata agents and receivers.
Hannah also provides coverage advice to local and international insurers on directors' and officers', professional indemnity and construction risk insurance. Her coverage experience extends to monitoring and advising clients on large scale disputes and complex claims.
Hannah holds a Bachelor of Communication in addition to her Bachelor of Laws. Hannah was admitted to practice in 2019 in the Supreme Court of Queensland, and is also admitted in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Federal Court and High Court of Australia.
