Jessica has been a member of Colin Biggers & Paisley's property and development in Sydney since 2021 and became a senior associate in 2022.
Jessica has acted in acquisitions and disposals of residential and commercial properties by way of put and call option deeds, nomination deeds and standalone contract for sale and purchase of lands. These transactions often range between $10 million to $50 million.
In addition, Jessica has acted on behalf of numerous small to medium-sized developers with work commencing from site acquisition to the preparation of off-the-plan contracts until completion of those off-the-plan units. She regularly advises clients in handling disputes with purchasers, including property defects and delays in settlement.
Jessica also advises clients in relation to strata law, including strata plan terminations, subdivisions of existing strata plans, sale of common property and drafting of by-laws.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business. She was admitted to practice in New South Wales in 2013.
