Justin Vaughan is a special counsel practising in corporate and commercial law, with extensive experience in corporate and commercial transactions, corporate governance and cross-border transactions.
Overview
Justin advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, strategic transactions, and corporate restructurings, with a particular focus on the consumer, technology, financial institutions, real estate, and energy and natural resources sectors. Justin has significant experience supporting clients operating in emerging markets.
Justin was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2005 and to the High Court of Australia in 2007. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.
