Mark is a senior associate in the Property & Development team, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to legal practice through his strong foundation in both environmental sciences and law.
Overview
Mark advises clients on complex commercial transactions, including development management agreements, put and call options, leasing and lender disputes. Mark is adept at navigating high stakes matters with precision and clarity.
In addition to transactional work, Mark has successfully negotiated and resolved legal disputes, including concessions from commercial sellers and negotiations. Mark's litigation experience includes drafting advice and briefs for counsel in Supreme Court applications, particularly in leasing and debt recovery matters.
Mark's experience in property law and deep understanding of the Land Title Act informs his legal practice, with particular emphasis on ensuring compliance with Titles Office requirements. This expertise supports his ability to navigate complex property transactions and deliver accurate, efficient outcomes for clients across development, leasing and conveyancing matters.
With a Bachelor of Environmental Sciences and a Bachelor of Laws from Griffith University, Mark was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2020.
