Michael is a partner at Colin Biggers & Paisley and focuses on insurance and commercial disputes for a broad range of clients, including directors, professionals, corporations, organisations, government and insurers.
Michael currently acts and advises in relation to a number of complex disputes involving financial services, class actions, corporate collapses, competition and consumer actions, infrastructure and transport, technology and professional services. Michael is experienced in matters involving ACCC, ASIC and other investigative regulators.
Michael has degrees in Commerce (International Business) and Law and is a graduate of The Tax Institute.
Admitted in the Supreme Court of NSW as well as the Federal Court and High Court, Michael has been involved in litigation across all levels of first instance and appellate jurisdictions, including a number of appeals to the High Court.
In 2017, Doyle's Guide listed Michael as a leading professional indemnity lawyer.
