A partner in Colin Biggers & Paisley's property and development since 2016, Rebecca is recognised by the Queensland Law Society as an accredited specialist in property law and has 20 years of experience in this area.

She has extensive experience in the acquisition and sale of commercial, industrial, retail and residential property, due diligence, joint ventures and leasing. She also advises on commercial and retail greenfield developments and refurbishments, strata titling and flat land subdivisions, as well as body corporate matters, including general advice, management rights and disputes.

Rebecca's clients include property developers, corporations, landlords, tenants, private investors, property fund managers, building and shopping centre owners. She also acts for educational organisations, churches and charities.

Rebecca is a committee member for Queensland for the Property Council of Australia (Residential), and was appointed to  PEXA's inaugural Member Advisory Council in 2021. She regularly presents at professional development seminars.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (Honours). She was admitted as a solicitor in 1998 and is admitted to practice in Queensland, England and Wales.
