Overview
Timothy has extensive experience in both private practice and as a claims specialist within a national insurer. He has acted for global insurers, insureds, and uninsured entities, including religious dioceses and orders, the NSW Police Force, domestic and international airports, and medical practitioners. His deep understanding of the legal and operational complexities within these environments enables him to provide strategic and commercially effective legal advice.
Timothy also has expertise in defending large-scale transport and public liability claims, as well as numerous property and personal injury damages claims. He has experience instructing panel solicitors and representing clients at settlement conferences across multiple Australian jurisdictions.
Timothy was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in July 2020. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales / High Court of Australia in April 2025. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from University of New South Wales.
