Amy specialises in corporate and commercial and tax law. She has extensive corporate and commercial experience extending to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, private equity, and cross-border financing. Amy brings with her a wealth of expertise and experience in all areas of tax including income tax, GST, and stamp duty.

Colin Biggers & Paisley will continue its strategic focus on building key relationships with clients and fostering a multidisciplinary team to deliver legal services for the diverse needs of our clients within the corporate and commercial and banking and finance practice areas.
