Colin Biggers & Paisley strengthens its Brisbane insurance team with the appointment of senior associate Sam Harvey. This addition reaffirms the practice's commitment to the expansion of the Brisbane insurance team to provide deep capability and deliver solution-driven outcomes for clients.

Sam brings extensive expertise in insurance law, specialising in professional indemnity, general liability insurance, insurance and reinsurance, property insurance and construction disputes. He has also advised on general commercial litigation matters, encompassing defence in regulatory prosecutions, defamation proceedings, shareholder disputes, restraint of trade applications and international commercial arbitrations.

Working closely with Partner Patrick Cavanagh, Sam's practice will encompass complex litigation matters with a particular focus on professional indemnity, personal injury, financial lines, property damage, recovery and defence.
