Alex Rhydderch is a senior associate in the Corporate and Dispute Resolution Group. Alex has experience in the clubs, health sciences, media, manufacturing, apparel, construction and technology industries.
Alex assists his clients in negotiating and documenting a wide spectrum of commercial transactions and arrangements including the acquisition and disposal of shares and businesses. He also provides advice on a broad range of legal issues and controversies in the general commercial, liquor and gaming, property taxes, intellectual property and technology fields.
Alex was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1999. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court and High Court of Australia. Alex is also a registered trade marks attorney. Alex joined CBP in 2008.
Alex is a fellow member of the Commercial Law Association of Australia and a member of the Law Society of NSW, the Licensing Executives Society of Australia and New Zealand, the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand and the NSW Society of Computers and Law.
