Gavin Creighton is a partner in the Insurance Group with extensive experience in professional indemnity, general liability and general litigation. He currently specialises in defending a wide range of professional indemnity claims, particularly against construction industry professionals, accountants and real estate agents, as well as general liability claims against builders, contractors, retailers and occupiers of commercial premises.

Gavin regularly presents papers to insurers and brokers on developments in the law. He has assisted with risk management, advice on recent legislative changes, policy drafting and interpretation.

Gavin was admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1995. He is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court and High Court. Gavin joined CBP in 2003 and became a partner in 2006.
