Daniel KimI joined the property team just over two years ago. I am highly passionate about property development law, particularly in off the plan property developments for both apartments, town houses and land estates. The Queensland regulatory regime for these developments are complex which always keeps the work interesting and I always find it extremely satisfying seeing the developments from commencement to completion and sharing this vision with the client.

One of the main things that has impressed me the most about Colin Biggers & Paisley is its focus on development, from legal education and business development to personal finance skills and health and wellbeing. The culture is very friendly and open, everyone is very approachable and I am thoroughly enjoying being part of a real team environment.

Colin Biggers & Paisley has taught me to think more strategically and see the big picture and the end goal with every transaction or advice. The inclusive nature of Colin Biggers & Paisley has encouraged me to be involved with more industry events which is great for networking and business development.

Over the years I have found myself taking part in countless initiatives that Colin Biggers & Paisley is involved in, particularly the Queensland team's Property Think Tank, as well as the SheLeads, a program which aims to support women in achieving their full potential by building their skills and networks.
