Andrew joined Colin Biggers & Paisley's construction and engineering team in 2010 and became a partner in 2016. His main areas of practice include construction contract drafting and the resolution of construction disputes through litigation and alternative dispute resolution approaches.

Andrew has extensive commercial litigation experience and has conducted construction and general commercial litigation in the Federal, Supreme and District Courts, including the Supreme Court's specialist commercial and technology and construction lists. Andrew advises principals, contractors and subcontractors on contract documentation and project risk.

In the 2019 to 2024 editions of The Best Lawyers in Australia, Andrew is listed as a leading Construction and Infrastructure Lawyer. In the 2022 to 2024 editions of The Best Lawyers in Australia, Andrew is recognised for his expertise in Alternative Dispute Resolution. In 2020, Doyle's Guide listed Andrew as a recommended Front End Construction, Infrastructure and Major Projects Lawyer in NSW.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and Bachelor of Laws (Honours). In 2018, Andrew received a doctorate from the University of Sydney for his thesis on reforming the law relating to legal professional privilege in the context of expert evidence.

Andrew was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in 2000.
