Morgen is a senior associate in the property and development team and has over 10 years' experience in all forms of advisory and transactional work involving property and development law.

Morgen has significant experience advising clients on complex acquisition and sales of commercial, industrial, rural and residential property. She has been involved in interjurisdictional buy/sell transactions, including preparation of due diligence reports and conducting due diligence investigations, development projects, leasehold and freehold transactions, advising on contamination and environmental issues, sale and leaseback deals, multi-tenanted shopping centres and hotels, significant rural transactions and providing advice in relation to rural property, aged care and retirement issues. Morgen has acted on a broad range of significant commercial, industrial and retail leasing transactions.

She has a particular practice focus on development projects and arrangements, general property advice, leasing, construction contracts, off-the-plan sales and distressed property transactions.

Morgen has a Bachelor of Business in addition to her Bachelor of Laws from UTS and was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in 2006.
