A partner in the Property Disputes & Advisory team, Sian joined the practice in 2017 and has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, specialising in property advisory, development disputes and trade practices disputes.

As an experienced litigator, Sian has handled dispute resolutions through various alternative methods, such as expert determination and mediation.
Sian has acted for a diverse range of clients including property developers, land owners, joint venturers and individuals. With over 18 years of experience as a commercial litigation lawyer, Sian has successfully resolved contract, partnership, trade practices, negligence and development disputes.
Sian has been a committee member for the Urban Development Institute of Australia, Seniors Living and Alternative Housing from 2021 to 2023 and is currently a committee member for the Urban Development Institute of Australia, Seniors Living and Land Lease.
Sian holds a Master of Law and Legal Practice from the University of Technology Sydney and Bachelor of Economics (Social Science) Honours from the University of Sydney. Sian is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Federal Court and High Court of Australia.
