Sian Jones is a special counsel in the corporate and dispute resolution team.
Sian has extensive experience in commercial litigation practising primarily in the areas of contracts, trade practices, insolvency, corporate and commercial, professional negligence, building and construction law. As an experienced litigator, she has also been involved in resolving disputes using alternative dispute resolution procedures.
Sian acts for a broad range of clients, including insolvency practitioners, directors, authorised representatives and property developers.
Sian is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Federal Court and High Court of Australia. She also appears before the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
