Our senior lawyers are available to guide clients, whether corporations or individuals, when they face crises - from urgent regulatory requests and injunctions that require immediate response and action, to long running complex or sensitive disputes.

Our team has extensive knowledge of regulatory and policy frameworks, and experience in representing clients’ interests to regulators which is underpinned by a focus on reducing and managing risk by reference to each client's individual risk tolerances, while protecting our clients' commercial and reputational interests.

We advise on a broad range of matters involving ASIC, the ACCC, ICAC and the TGA.
