Glow Capital expands portfolio with Menzies Facilities Services
Colin Biggers & Paisley advised Glow Capital Partners (Glow Capital) in its recent acquisition of a majority stake in Menzies Facilities Services, a long-established Australian specialist cleaning and facilities management provider.
Glow Capital is a private equity fund that invests in Australian and New Zealand businesses, partnering closely with founders and leadership teams to unlock long-term sustainable growth. Glow Capital has a strong emphasis on responsible investing and focus sectors including consumer and industrial brands, tech-enabled products and services and advanced manufacturing.
Colin Biggers & Paisley acted as legal adviser to Glow Capital on the transaction, working alongside a broader advisory team including PwC, Skye Capital Advisory, Bellrock and McGrathNicol.
Colin Biggers & Paisley provided advice on all legal aspects of the acquisition, including conducting legal due diligence, managing debt and equity financing arrangements, overseeing the acquisition process and securing foreign investment approval.
