Adriana Reina is a senior associate in the employment and safety team. She has wide ranging experience across employment and industrial relations law. Adriana is also a Registered Migration Agent, and has extensive experience assisting her clients with their migration requirements and obligations.
Adriana's experience includes conducting investigations into and managing bullying, sexual harassment, discrimination and breach of contract complaints and claims.
The broad areas she advises her clients on covers organisational change and restructures, termination of staff, post-employment restraint disputes and negotiations, termination strategies and post-employment claims, as well as drafting deeds of release to manage risk of claims and to settle disputes.
Adriana also advises on and assists her clients with enterprise agreements, disputes, enterprise bargaining and modern award compliance. Her experience includes the drafting and implementation of workplace contracts, executive contracts, policies and procedures.
Her clients include large-scale global businesses, including well established and start-up technology companies, fitness organisations, recruitment agencies, media organisations, airlines, fast food restaurants and other retailers.
Adriana was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2012. She is experienced in managing mediation and litigation in the Fair Work Commission, the Australian Human Rights Commission, the Supreme Court and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
Adriana holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Relations, and is currently completing her Master of Laws in Labour Law.
