A member of the insurance team since 2016 and a senior associate since 2023, Victoria has experience managing litigated claims in the County and Supreme Court of Victoria, as well as unlitigated claims through alternative dispute resolution.
Victoria practices predominately in the area of personal injury, with a particular focus on institutional risk and liability claims.
Victoria acts on behalf of insurers and insureds, as well as religious institutions and not for profit organisations. She has experience managing end to end claims on a range of legal issues, including in general liability.
Victoria was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2017. She is also admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Law (Juris Doctor).
