Belinda advises insurers and institutional clients in relation to a broad range of liability disputes and personal injury claims. She provides strategic advice throughout all stages of the litigation lifecycle and has acted in, and managed, a number of high-profile and highly publicised matters involving significant legal, operational and reputational risk.

Belinda's practice is distinguished by her unique combination of litigation, commercial and operational experience. Drawing on both private practice and more than eight years acting on complex and high-profile matters at the Victorian Government Solicitor's Office, she provides strategic, commercially focused advice. Prior to her legal career, Belinda held leadership, operational and marketing roles within a Fortune 500 telecommunications companies, leading transformation, growth and customer experience initiatives. This broader perspective enables her to deliver practical, solutions-focused advice that aligns legal strategy with commercial, operational and stakeholder considerations.

Belinda holds a Juris Doctor from Monash University and a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from RMIT University. She was admitted to practise in the High Court of Australia in 2018.
