Jean-Paul Fraticelli

Jean-Paul is a special counsel in the property team in Sydney. He has had over 10 years' experience working in all areas of property law. 

Jean-Paul has particular expertise in property developments and special projects including, acquisitions, disposals, off-the-plan sales and property due diligence. In addition to this, Jean-Paul also has expertise in commercial, retail and industrial leasing. 

He is accredited by the Law Society as a Specialist in Property Law, and has acted for a diverse range of clients, including property developers, local councils, aged care providers, childcare operators, government authorities and private clients in a range of sectors.  Additionally, Jean-Paul is a contributor to the LexisNexis Australian Property Law Bulletin.

Jean-Paul has a Bachelor of Arts (Distinction) in addition to his Bachelor of Laws. 

He was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2009.
