Colin Biggers & Paisley has been at the centre of Dunstan professional career since he joined the legal practice as a graduate solicitor in 1985. He became a partner in 1993, practising primarily in property development, was managing partner from 2007 to 2017 and is now a senior partner in the property and development team.

Dunstan is a founding member of ADVOC Asia, an international network of respected law firms established to help clients respond to the opportunities presented by the rapidly growing Asia Pacific economies. He was ADVOC Asia's President from 2002-2014 and is currently a member of its International Executive.

Dunstan’s aspiration is not only for Colin Biggers & Paisley to achieve excellence in all it does, but also to be a legal practice that is respectful and compassionate, that supports staff to be the best they can be, and builds bridges between people and their communities.

Dunstan holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws. He was admitted as a solicitor in July 1985.
