Leading national legal practice Colin Biggers & Paisley has recently appointed Morgen Kerry and Ben Christoffel as senior associates in their property and development team and construction and engineering team respectively. The pair are the latest hires in a string of lateral appointments over the past few months.

Morgen has over 10 years' experience in advisory and transactional matters involving property and development law. She advises clients on complex acquisition and sales of commercial, industrial, rural and residential property. Morgen has a particular practice focus on development projects and arrangements, general property advice, leasing, construction contracts, off-the-plan sales and distressed property transactions.
